A millennial & mother with over a decade of experience in building movements. Denise is committed to creating a better world for the next generation. Her belief, “good people need to be wealthy”. As a prior healthcare professional & pre-med student, she desired to help families— but the more she wanted to help— the more helpless she felt…because most families can’t afford care— and/or most families will lose their wealth because of poor planning and life-unexpected.

Dane Smith , CEO Wealth United  

For more than 30 years, Dane Smith has recruited & trained more than 5,000 agents who are teaching the middle class how to win the money game, by eliminating risk and taxes from their retirement and by using “good debt” to accelerate their assets.   

Dane is the managing partner & CEO of Wealth United, a FinTech company dedicated to providing “High Tech & High Touch” marketing and sales tools to Debt & Wealth coaches across America, who want to help make an impact in the financial literacy of the communities.  

Dane started his career working 60 - 70 hours a week as an engineer and quickly transitioned into the sales and marketing of insurance products as a retirement strategy, in order to gain back time to invest into his family.  Dane & his wife Contessa enjoy their 5 Adult Children and 6 Grandchildren who live in Arizona.

Ana Carrillo, RVP Wealth United

What attracted Ana to the industry for 8+ years is the power of Living Benefits. As a stroke survivor since the age of 29 she has been advocating to protect and serve the people around her. Ana has had the honor to deliver checks to victims of car accidents and client's diagnosed with cancer. 

Ana is a daughter, wife & mother to 2 kids - with a goal is to educate families and her circle of influence the importance of Life Insurance and how to use it strategically while you're living.

Dung has over two decades of experience servicing clients with their goals top of mind. He’s helped individuals, to global brands such as Cartier & Tiffany's, achieve their goals. Dung joined Insuring Impact at the start of the pandemic and has quickly become an expert in the financial industry and insurance.  Dung enjoys optimizing custom financial strategies for his clients. Whether you’re looking to protect your income, your assets or optimizing money strategies, Dung is the go-to guy!  His mentality is service before signatures, people over profits.  Allow him to earn your trust. 

When he's off the clock he enjoys living his life by design. Dung resides in Dubai but travels the world "working from anywhere."

Mercedes Cruz, Creative Director Insuring Impact

Existing to bring life & a voice to who you are and what you do, Mercedes aims to guide people in visually telling their story. She's taken her unique experiences as a Kindergarten Teacher, Training Coordinator at Tesla, Creative Director with Insuring Impact & Founder of Immerse Your Biz - to design memorable brands that speak to it's audience. 

Mercedes believes there are 3 pillars in a brand, the 3Vs of branding as we like to call it: Vision, Voice and Visuals. The Vision is the action your brand takes. The Voice, is what you say (your copy, messaging). The Visuals, what you look like, is your brand identity & marketing collateral. They all have to be aligned in order to work together and achieve the results you want and that's where she comes in.

Gina Wong, RD Wealth United

Gina Wong is a remarkable Debt & Wealth Specialist who has been making valuable contributions to Insuring Impact since 2018. With a background in marketing and advertising, Gina decided to leverage her skills to serve her community through Life Insurance and Financial Literacy. Since then, she has passionately helped the middle class build sustainable wealth and create a legacy for future generations. Her expertise and dedication have played a pivotal role in building the agency both behind the scenes and on the creative front.

Yesenia Silva, RVP Wealth United

Yesenia has always shared a passion for helping others. It was exactly that passion that led to her leadership training and development of 23 years in the field of Ontology, also known as the study of being. This has supported her in being able to expand her business management abilities while helping others to discover theirs.

Yesenia continued to execute her passion through leadership and management roles in Accounting, Human Resources, and Financial Planning. Some of her experience comes from working for Dolce Vita, Steve Madden, City of Redmond, Leaders Team, and VerAvant Inc. Her expertise has been acquired from working in the industries of accounting, financial, coaching, fashion, construction, and medical manufacturing industries. She holds 20+ years of direct experience and knowledge in accounting and HR.

As a business owner herself, she brings a unique ability to organize, focus, and direct those around her to create breakthroughs in their own abilities to execute on what once seemed impossible.

Yesenia is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur. She studied Business Management at BYU, continues to engage and develop herself through leadership training, and serves as the CEO for Opulence Financial Services Inc. Her greatest accomplishment is to have raised a beautiful daughter at the young age of fifteen. She is a dedicated colleague, loving Mother and committed friend.

Ngoc Tran, RVP Wealth United

Ngoc Tran is a Certified Public Accountant with over 23 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax consulting, and entrepreneurship. She is also a Licensed Life Agent, Debt & Wealth Coach and two-time International Bestselling Author.

Having experienced poverty as a former refugee from Vietnam and being a single mom, Ngoc values hard work and believes financial literacy is the key to time and financial freedom. She is on a mission to empower people with the knowledge to understand their financial health so that they can plan for the unplanned. As a Financial Health Expert, Ngoc creates custom-tailored strategies to help her clients make money, save money, protect their money, and eliminate debt while building long-term, risk-free wealth through tax-advantaged methods.
